Rajani Adkar- (Founder)

Rajani Adkar is a seasoned soft skill trainer and founding partner of ENGLISH360, which was founded in 2021, with a simple and clear vision to help children and teachers with academic support.
She has intensively worked in the field of education for over 20 years. She is also a certified career coach and has supported students with extensive knowledge of various careers and professional opportunities. She has worked with various kinds of people having different needs and mindsets covering a wide range of issues.
Over the years, she has partnered with multiple schools (APS segment) to train the teachers in academic support which includes monitoring teacher performance, observing their classes, making assessments and also schedule workshops.
She has also had intensive experience in teaching Indian and foreign students in communication skills and conducted various soft skill training programs for college students.
While she has time on her hands, she enjoys to travel and explore different cultures. She is also an avid reader.
She is an alumnus of Kendriya Vidyalaya and Maharani’s college, Mysore University.

Shobha has partnered with many like-minded educators who focus mainly on imparting quality education to children coming from economically backward families in smaller towns and cities through affordable private schools. Moreover, as a Montessori-trained coach, she has extensive experience in the early years program as well. In the process of achieving the desired learning outcome in children, she ensured that the teachers were well supported in the curriculum and teaching methodologies from kindergarten to high school through workshops and interactive training sessions at regular intervals.
With an experience of over ten years in the field of education as an academic consultant and trainer, Shobha Pai is now the Co-Founder of ENGLISH 360, a start-up founded in 2021, which focuses on developing English communication, an essential 21st-century skill, among students and individuals from all age groups.
Travelling extensively to various schools situated across rural Karnataka she is now passionate towards making a difference in the lives of these children who aspire to learn and dare to dream big.
Shobha pai, is also a certified Career Coach from MINDLER and guides students to make right career choices.
In her leisure she enjoys trying out a variety of cuisines and loves hosting events too. She wishes to travel to different places and spend time amidst the beauty of mother nature.
