ED360 is not entirely grant-dependent. Our paid services vertical — Teacher Enrichment, Soft Skills Training, and Professional Communication — generates income that funds the free programme. This means your training investment does double work: it develops your people and it educates a child.

Teacher Enrichment Programme

A structured, 3-phase professional development programme for English teachers in private schools — designed by educators who have trained 60+ school teachers and know exactly what breaks down in a real classroom.

Pre-Service Training

Before the academic year. Pedagogy, lesson planning, LSRW methodology, classroom management, word walls, assessment practices.

Monthly School Visits

ED360 trainers visit each school monthly. Live class observation, structured feedback, real-time coaching. In the classroom, not in a webinar.

Mid-Term Refresher

6 days · 42 hours.

Mid-year cluster workshop. Peer learning, new techniques, recalibration, renewed confidence for the second half of the year.
