3-Stage Assessment Framework

Every child assessed three times a year. We don’t just teach — we measure progress and report it.

01. Baseline Assessment

Start of year. Establishes each child's level in Listening, Speaking, and Reading. The comparison benchmark for the full year.

02. Mid-Term Assessment

Midpoint check. Identifies children needing extra support. Validates teaching effectiveness. Triggers intervention where needed.

03. End-Term Assessment

Year-end measurement from baseline. Feeds the annual impact report shared with all CSR partners and school heads.
